While phone support is only offered to paid users, free users can still avail of the live chat and email support. Having live chat is great if you are just starting out or are thinking about using Join.Me as you can talk to their support teams right on your computer. Having live chat and telephone support is important especially for businesses that need resolution right away to be able to continue with their operations.
3. Hassle Free Meetings: - Making things easy is what Join.Me aims to provide businesses. An easy and stress-free way to conduct meetings and conference calls with no long set-ups, no complicated codes and dial in numbers and no additional hardware or software to be downloaded is what you can expect with Join.Me.
