Identity Guard offers three plans to address your varying needs. Their basic plan, the Essentials package, focuses more on identity theft protection, and does not really offer any credit reporting features. Nevertheless, this plan is a nice find for people who are on a tight budget but would still want to avail some sort of protection, since it comes at the amazingly low price of $9.99 per month.

The Total Protection plan gives you access to receive credit report updates and scores from all three agencies with a quarterly report on your credit score updates. Moreover, it offers a credit analyzer for all three agencies, with a mobile app, a public record monitoring, and a free PC antivirus and keyboard encryption software, for a reasonable price of $19.99 per month.

The Platinum plan offers the same package as the Total Protection plan, with an upgraded monthly reporting of credit scores, for a minimal price increase of $24.99 per month, which is perfect for a close monitoring of your standing. This is especially useful when you would like to see changes on your credit score on a more frequent interval, or you would like to test and see if certain financial decisions, like opening or closing a bank account has a direct and immediate impact on your credit scores.

Identity Guard sports a complete and comprehensive help page containing all the frequently asked questions to give remedy to any of your inquiries. You can also visit their contact page to check their office address, phone line (available Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Eastern Standard Time) and email address, but do take note that they will not entertain any inquiries on billing issues, mail address changes, service cancellation, or account activation via email.
