Outstanding..
I have ordered several suits from them. Th first needed a few tweaks, but they noted that and on every suit since, no issues. The fabric choices are good, and the cut is good. I was able to request a more traditional style instead of the skinny stuff that is often pushed in many other stores (like suit suply). Indochino is my go to suit maker.
THE WORST customer service experience
Avoid this horrible company. Their customer service is as amateur and backward thinking as it gets. They made a suit for me for a wedding that was literally useless and unwearable, and they couldn’t remake it properly in time. The wedding has come and gone. They insist that the “only” thing they can do using their “cost effective methods” (yes, they actually wrote that to me) is to make me another suit that I don’t want or need. I asked for a store credit instead – not a refund, just a store credit (reasonable, right?). Well, they won’t even give me a store credit so that I might be able to buy some shirts or accessories instead that I actually might use. Plain and simple, they don’t give a s**t about making customers happy, and should be avoided at all costs. Pathetic excuse for a company in serious need of some training and competent management in their customer service department.
