One of the most attractive things about Oberlo is you can use the service at completely no cost! Oberlo’s free Starter plan comes with all the necessary tools you need to run a drop shipping business. You’ll have a few limitations imposed on your account, but it shouldn’t be a problem especially if you’re just getting started.
You’ll be able to list a maximum of 500 products, and fulfill up to 50 orders monthly – which is pretty generous for a free plan. If you need to bump this limit up, you can opt for either of the two paid plans.
The Oberlo Basic plan costs $29.90 per month and allows you to list 10,000 products and fulfill a maximum of 500 orders. It’s a huge jump from the free plan and should suffice for most users. You also get updated shipment tracking and fulfillment reports to better serve your customers.
For very large enterprises, Oberlo offers a Pro plan priced at $79.90 per month. The product limit is increased to 30,000 and allows you to fulfill an unlimited number of orders. You also get support for multiple users where you can specify permissions and access levels.
Take note, however, that Oberlo only works with Shopify. So you’ll also have to shoulder the cost of a Shopify store on top of any Oberlo plans you might be paying for.

While you can source your products from any supplier on AliExpress, Oberlo filters this down to the very best ones for your business. There are two levels to this.
The first one is Oberlo suppliers. These suppliers’ operations, warehouses, and business documents have all been reviewed by Oberlo – ensuring you that they’re reputable suppliers worthy of your business. They provide responsive support, international shipping, and most importantly, sell unbranded parcels free of third party packaging materials.
The second level takes it a step further and represents the cream of the crop. Here, suppliers meet all the previously-mentioned criteria and have proven track records of excellent performance. These Oberlo-Verified suppliers have successfully processed more than 1,000 orders, while maintaining at least 95% on-time delivery rates and less than 2% dispute rates.
Of course, you’re free to pick any supplier available. Just use your best judgment when working with a supplier that isn’t on Oberlo’s list. You can also switch suppliers on the fly – allowing you to find the ones with more stocks or better prices.

You’ll also be able to see the average monthly sales and web traffic for each one, so you can get an idea of how profitable a business is before purchasing it.
Even if you’re not interested in buying a store, it might still be a good idea to go through the list. It’s a great way to find inspiration and motivate yourself into building your own store.
