I have been with SendOutCards for several years. Even though I am on the Basic Plan which is a $0 monthly fee I have been being charged $10.44 per month when I asked about it they went into a lot of jargon. I am still being charged 10.44 a month. Now I am being told that I can not get a refund on two Visa cards for $25.00 each. The Visa Cards were Declined when the two individuals that I sent them to tried to use them…… very embarrassing! SendOutCards said it was between the Visa company and their bank and that I can not get a refund. When and IF it gets resolved those cards would be good. Unfortunately the individuals may have thrown them out by the time I found out about it. SendOut Cards did not let know about the situation. The two Visa’s were bought over a month of each other….. Plenty of time to be notified so I didn’t purchase another useless card from SendOutCards gift card site! When I called Customer Service they just stated they could do nothing about a refund and that I would have to wait to see if it gets resolved. Meanwhile I am embarrassed, the people I sent them too were embarrassed and I am out $50.00! When I asked for a supervisor I was told one was not available and they put me through to Sandra who is the supervisors voice mail. I left a message and never got a call back. I am very disappointed on how they have handled this. I have been with them for over 4 year. Needless to say – I have canceled my account with them.
