I’ve incountered multiple issues and lost money because of DraftKings not standing by the false information they project. For example: 1) The referral promo promised me $50 in free bet if I correctly refer a friend. I did so. But the $50 was never put into my account. Still waiting for a response back from customer service. 2) I made a two bets on a NFL game that was reported tied at overtime. I was not around a tv so I was not watching the game live. I simply relied on the data given to me by DraftKings. However, it was false! The game was not tie! The tie had been broken! Awhile prior! Yet DraftKings still allowed the bet for a “tied game” to be placed and processed. Furthermore, customer service responded this my complaint about this matter by saying (quote on quote) “you should not rely on our scores to be in real time when cashing out or placing wagers on live markets”. Basically protecting themselves by say that DraftKings is not to be relied on. 3) As a settlement, they offered my $10 in free bets “for my discretion on the matter”. And even THAT WAS FALSE IMFORMATION. I received nothing! My conclusion: DraftsKings is simply just not as established as other gambling apps and has a few kinks to fix. However, instead of compensating for their false information, they’ll get defensive and use that “view your terms & conditions” speech. Feel free to email me.
