Online Fabric Store has a standard shipping process when it comes to orders from the contiguous US. After the order is placed, it will take around 24 to 48 hours to render order processing. The package will then be sent to UPS or USPS. The transit time varies depending on the shipping method you have selected at the checkout page: free and flat-rate shipping takes 5 to 9 business days, 3-day shipping, 2-day shipping and next day shipping all follows their service names. Shipping fees depend on the weight of the package and the destination- you can check for the estimate charge by adding any item to your cart and clicking Estimate Shipping. You need to provide your zip/postal code, state or province, and country. Upon clicking the Get Shipping Estimate button, you’ll see the rates for rates for standard, expedited, and worldwide shipping.
They also offer international shipping- you can use the same procedure to get a shipping rate estimate. Do take note that this does not include taxes and duties imposed by your local customs. Moreover, brokerage fees will be charged for items shipped via UPS. There are no brokerage fees for items shipped via USPS.
Are you feeling a bit unsatisfied with your order? No worries, Online Fabric Store offers a 30-day return period both for uncut and cut fabrics measuring 1 yard or more. Items must be in original, unflawed condition, unmarked and uncut by the buyer. Remember that fabrics from Robert Allen, Robert Allen @ Home, Beacon Hill, Kravet, Pindler & Pindler, Ralph Lauren, Sensuede, and Ultrafabrics® Fabric and Trim are not returnable, same with items purchased on sale. If they do accept your request, you can opt for a refund or a store credit.

Placed my first order with them two weeks ago. Half of the items were shipped within a few days but there was complete silence on the remaining items. Sent an email asking for status. No reply. Called today and was told the remainder of the order is backordered for almost two months. No notice that this was the case. Canceled and will never order from them again. Wish I had checked reviews first.
Do not order from this company. The fabric I ordered was back ordered. I DID NOT receive notification about the status. I called again today and was told it was back ordered another two weeks. Staff seems unconcerned and unapologetic about any delays in order. Very unprofessional company.
