Keen prioritizes quantity over quality, choosing to accept psychics freely without any screening process to verify their abilities. But because they have a lot of readers under their belt, you can find one at any time of the day- you do have to be extra wary of pretenders who will only scam you out of your money. Their website is easy to navigate, the registration process is pretty straight-forward, and their introductory special offer all favor first-time customers to have a flawless experience. They could have offered more filter tools though, but their current search tools are adequate to find a specific psychic medium. Customer service experience is another area they can improve on, given that they’ve chosen automated emails and voice prompts as their frontliners. If you want to have a psychic to consult at anytime you need, then Keen won’t disappoint.
