To create an account, you only need to enter your email address and chosen password. Although you can’t use social media for registration, it isn’t really needed as the process can be accomplished in seconds. After registering, you can add funds to your account, or opt to browse their psychic advisors first.

From the search page, you can see each psychic’s short description, rating, number of readings, rate, and availability. By the way, if the psychic of your choice is not available, you can schedule for a callback when they are online. You’ll be able to see how many people are in queue, and choose a time window for the call.
As for the main profile, you will also see the psychic’s full bio, extension number, specialties, skills and methods, languages, customer feedback, and a short interview transcript giving more information about their psychic background. You can also listen to a concise intro that they’ve made, so that you can be familiar with their voice and conversation style.
PsychicCenter accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. In the unfortunate case that you entered the wrong amount, or if you think what you deposited into your account may have been too much, you can contact their support team and they can refund back the amount from the payment source.

Aside from having years of experience, PsychicCenter doesn’t really lay out how they screen for their psychics. They did mention that they employ a third-party organization to ensure that their psychics are vetted and competent, although they don’t mention the exact process for this. It would have given the customers more confidence in their psychics if they at least let them know about their standards and process for their psychic pool.

With only phone and email readings under their belt, PsychicCenter not only comes across as outdated when it comes to communication channels, but also limits the user’s choices in contacting their psychics. A lot of their competitors have live and video chat for a more convenient and personal consultation; in this aspect, PsychicCenter sadly lags behind the others.

At PsychicCenter, you can find affordable psychic reading services as low as $2 per minute; these advisors may be new to the scene and may not have feedback from other customers yet, but at this price, the session is a steal. The average rate for most psychics ranges from $4 to $5.50 per minute, and the most expensive that we’ve seen sets you back by about $20 per minute.
The AstroRewards Program allows customers who spent more than $50 at the end of the calendar month to receive a little perk for their loyalty to the service. A 10% credit based on your total spending for the month will be available for use the next month. For example, if you spent $100 for June, $10 will be credited to your account which you can use anytime in July. You don’t need to sign up for any separate service for this- as long as you are a registered user, you are eligible for the program.

The FAQ section itself composes only of several topics, but there are suggested categories like placing calls, giving feedback, and payment options that shed more light on their processes. As far as psychic services goes, PsychicCenter doesn’t really offer anything new to the scene. The only thing separating them from the rest is their loyalty program. To be fair though, it’s a great reward system for customers who regularly purchase readings, but sadly, it’s not enough to propel them to the top. The screening process is not exactly laid out, and they only have means for phone and email consultations; they are trumped by other services that offer chat and video sessions. If you’re all out for simplicity, then perhaps PsychicCenter is an average choice.
