All of the plans are auto-renewed once the original subscription period has expired. All of them also has a standard 5-item pack shipped without any cost within the US. I have been a subscriber to Glossybox for over a year. I did not recieve my box last month. The way that I was handled was beyond horrible!
I was given a tracking number from them and directed to make a case with the postal service. That may have been ok if the information they provided me was correct, but it wasn’t, and I was forced to try to fight it out with USPS. They held no accoutability to this concern at all. I have never had a problem getting my mail in the 3 yrs I have lived here.
I have been a member of Ipsy also and have recommended both to my friends and family.
My sisters are members of Birchbox and they love it.
I cancelled my membership with Glosstbox and I will be looking for another company who appreciates loyalty and practices customer service.
