GlobalMeet Mobile App

GlobalMeet offers a mobile app available for Android, iOS and Blackberry devices that lets you take the meeting with you wherever you need to go. Never miss a meeting again with their app as all you need is an internet connection and you are good to go. The app is free to download and comes with any of their subscriptions plans and offers the same easy interface and functionalities that made GlobalMeet one of the premier choices for web conferencing.

Experience all the tools and features as you would on a desktop version, right in the palm of your hand. You can schedule or join meetings with a touch of your screen. You can store files in the cloud based library and access them on any device. You can create reports and presentations and present them to other participants all from your iPad or mobile device. You can even seamlessly transfer an on-going meeting from your computer to your mobile device if you suddenly have to leave, or vice versa if you arrive in your office and want to continue the meeting on your desktop.

GlobalMeet Subscriptions

There are 3 different GlobalMeet subscriptions to choose from, each with a unique feature-set to meet different customer needs. Depending on what you are looking for with a web conference program, you can choose the plan best suited for you and your business. All plans come with screen sharing to easily present or report to your guests, Cloud Storage for shared files, Meeting Recording, MS Outlook Integration, Polling, Mobile App access and the ability to pass control of the meeting to another participant.

They offer a Pay As You Go Plan with up to 125 meeting participants that costs $0.19 per minute/participant. This is inclusive of web conferencing minutes, VoIP minutes and North America Toll and Croup 1 countries.

Another plan is the Unlimited Web which costs $19 a month ($15 a month for annual billing) and allows up to 10 participants. You are given 10,000 VoIP minutes with a charge of $0.02/min/attendee and $0.029/min/attendee for every north America and Group 1 countries toll. US toll-free numbers are charged at $0.09/min/attendee.

The highest plan they offer is the Unlimited Web and Audio plan that costs $65 a month ($49 a month for annual billing) and allows for 125 participants with the same 10,000 VoIP limit. This is also the plan that is offered at a 30 day free trial.

Aside from the participants and allotted usage, most features are the same across all three plans.

Customer Support

GlobalMeet offers email and telephone support as their main avenues of reaching support representatives. They also provide a live chat feature which is available from 8am to 6pm EST on weekdays. There are also useful tutorials and an FAQ section on their website for basic concerns as well as a community forum.
