Performance: Questionable At Best?
Although JustHost promises to deliver a stellar uptime performance, some users seem to be highly unsatisfied with the service. A substantial number of customers report multiple account and downtime issues coupled with long response times from the support team, and worse, less than helpful replies from the reps. The erratic hosting performance may be case-to-case though, since their servers are hosted on quad-core processors, with a UPS power backup system in the event of a power failure. It does seem that their representatives can do a lot better with more training, though.
Customer Support
Speaking of customer service, JustHost’s support team can be contacted directly via live chat, ticket submission, or phone line. They are open 24/7 to answer your questions and concerns. However, do take note, some users have warned that they have waited for hours to be responded to, and conversations aren’t always productive and helpful, so it may be more advisable to check out their articles first. If you do need to reach their reps, you may want to allot a larger portion of your time. The company also has a help center which contains articles on account setup, getting started guides, technical know-hows, and other pertinent information to help you get set up.
What's the Verdict on JustHost?
JustHost Review 2020 – Conclusion
Features-wise, JustHost is actually a decent web hosting provider, offering features like unlimited domains and bandwidth with some relatively affordable plans. Unfortunately, JustHost’s record on uptime and support seems to have worsen over the past few months, with some users expressing their dismay on how the issues were handled. Uptime performance and customer support are both a crucial part of the hosting service, and until JustHost steps up their game, there will be other hosting providers that will give a more satisfying solution.
