Pricing and Features
Demio’s pricing is based on the number of the expected participants in your webinar. They have 2 types of packages for each participant denomination- the Lite and Pro version. The only difference between the two is that the Pro version includes custom room and email branding, where you can upload your own logo; Like Live Replays, which are replays that simulate the live experience of a previous event; and sub-user access of up to 3 people.
For 100 participants, the Lite version costs $57 a month, while the Pro version has a regular price of $87 per month. For 500 participants, the former costs $147 a month, and the latter at $197 a month. Lastly, the 1,000-attendee plan costs $297 a month for the Lite version, and $367 for the Pro version. For a limited time, though, they have a promo where the Pro version is offered at the same price as the Lite version, so you may want to subscribe soon.
Pre-Event Preparation
Upon creating an account, you can schedule and setup your webinar within seconds. They can be scheduled on a specific date and time, you can add tags for the topics that will be discussed, and a brief description to let potential attendees know what the event is all about. You can also create recurring webinars with multiple dates and schedules for one event- your participants will be able to choose which date and time they will be attending via a drop down list upon their registration.
As for the webinar itself, you can upload different files as your material for presentation, whether they are images or videos you created, or YouTube videos which are relevant to the topic. If you plan on adding other presenters in the event, you can invite up to 15 coordinators who can use their own mic and camera for the event, as well as view and respond to chat messages and act as moderators of the attendees. By the way, you can set the live chat as public or private, where only you and the other coordinators see the messages.
You can customize the registration page layout and element specifics to create an atmosphere closer to your brand. For additional information from your participants, you can add form fields which can be optional or mandatory for them to answer. You can embed the registration form into websites, and integrate with CRM and autoresponder software so participants can register with one click. What's the Verdict on Demio?
Demio Review 2020 – Conclusion
Demio is ideal for smaller organizations and presenters that are still growing their audience count, given the restriction in participant count even with their most expensive package. Their simple interface is perfect for anyone to start an event, and their marketing tools can help you find your intended audience. Participants can join in from their computers or mobile devices- a great convenience on their part, although it is weird that presenters can only use Google Chrome to broadcast. That said, Demio has a lot more to offer despite the shortcomings, and is a reliable platform for your presentation to gain attraction.
