As with any other liquor store, an adult aged 21 years old and above must be present upon delivery to sign for the package. They utilize FedEx shipping services with 5 shipping methods- Ground/ Home Delivery, which takes 1 to 5 business days; Express Saver, which takes 3 business days; 2Day, which, as the name suggests, takes 2 days for delivery; Standard Overnight, which takes only one business day and is usually delivered by 3 PM; and lastly, Priority Overnight, which also takes only one business day and is delivered by 10:30 AM. Shipping rates would depend on the weight of the package, shipping method, and the destination. They have a sample shipping rate chart on their shipping policy page, but do take note that this is based on a 750 ML bottle with a weight of 3 lbs., with shipping from California to New York. They no longer offer shipping of alcoholic beverages to Illinois, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas, Louisiana, Utah, Alabama, Delaware, and Massachusetts. Request for returns are accepted as long as the item is unopened, and well within 30 days of purchase.
