Plans and Pricing
Placester staggers access to its arsenal of features across three different plans, with more advanced features saved exclusively for the more expensive packages.
Essential: All-In-One Solution for $150/month
True to its name, this package equips you with all the tools you’ll need to launch a successful real estate website. First and foremost, Placester gives you ready MLS/IDX integrations, complete with refined search features to deliver the smoothest, most convenient experience for your clients. Listing can be pre-filtered according to your chosen criteria, or clients can browse through your properties based on handy map interfaces.
Placester makes it easy for you to generate and nurture leads through its CRM and email marketing tools, too. You can create lead capture pages, which passes leads on to your account’s CRM/lead management system. From there, you can track your leads’ site activity, set deadlines for your activities and appointments, and keep track of your notes and tasks.
Meanwhile, Placester’s drip email marketing feature lets you craft personalized email marketing campaigns and place leads into preconfigured email drip recipient lists to ensure your continued engagement with them.
Premium: Automation for $400/month
If you’d like the benefits of automation, check out Placester’s Premium plan. You’ll get all the features of the Essential plan, plus monthly content updates and quarterly website refreshes care of Placester. What this means is that Placester will automatically boost your traffic and engagement by adding two pieces of localized content per month, and updating your website with your latest testimonials and property photos every quarter.
You’ll also get Placester’s automated drip marketing tools, taking all the work out of your email marketing campaigns. Placester will also configure your account to automatically monitor your website’s performance and receive important reports on activity, impact, engagement, and other key parameters. This way, you’ll be able to gauge the effectiveness of your website and make any necessary changes to your online marketing strategy.
Unfortunately, on top of the monthly charges, Placester charges a steep one-time $250 setup fee for this plan.
Brokerage/Team: Custom Pricing
For a truly large-scale solution well-suited for large teams or even whole real estate firms, contact Placester for their Brokerage/Team plans. You’ll get all the features of the Essential plan, as well as some handy extras: full-featured websites for each agent, complete with IDX search, blogging capability, and more; automatic lead sourcing; and programmable round-robin lead distribution to your agents.
Unfortunately, yes, you read that right: Placester doesn’t seem to bundle the Premium plan’s automations in with the Brokerage/Team package options. Like the Premium plan, though, these packages will require a one-time setup fee.
Placester doesn’t give many details about its collaborative tools. Brokerage/Team plans allow you to place agents into different lead management groups, but beyond that, Placester seems to lag behind many of its competitors in terms of richer team collaboration features.
Placester gives you the option of paying additional monthly fees for different account add-ons that are designed to further boost your real estate marketing campaigns and your business’ overall growth.
There’s the Marketing Accelerator plan at $75 per month, which helps you boost your online visibility by tapping into a wider network of advertising channels. Then there’s Open Home Pro Premium, which is available for $25 per month. If you avail of this feature, you’ll get access to the more sophisticated lead management and email marketing tools of Open Home Pro’s Premium plan. Some of the features you can look forward to include: automated lead follow-up emails; personalized email branding; and automated sellers’ reports.
Take note, though, that these add-ons are only available to Essential and Premium users. If you’re considering a Brokerage/Team package, consider asking Placester if it’s possible to incorporate these features into your customized plan.
Placester has a full-fledged Real Estate Marketing Academy section on its site, filled with e-books, video tutorials, webinars and slideshows, and other resources geared toward honing your marketing chops. Aside from this, the company also has a knowledgebase with articles to guide you through common issues and processes. There’s a community section, too, but this is sparsely populated. For more specific inquiries, you can also contact the Placester support staff through email or phone.
