Web4Realty claims to include professional website design and branding with its plan, but a quick perusal of their website shows that this will require separate setup fees. There are three different packages you can choose from, but the setup charges for each one are pretty steep. Granted, collaboration tools aren’t essential, and you can build an impressive real estate website without them, especially if you’re working on your own anyway. However, this is a big drawback for those who want to link up with colleagues, especially since some of Web4Realty’s biggest competitors offer robust collaboration tools of their own.
Customer Support
Web4Realty’s support team can be reached through phone, email, and their website’s contact form. The company doesn’t specify 24/7 availability through these channels, though, so it’s best to assume that you’ll only get responses during standard business operating hours.
The company also has a knowledgebase that you can consult for answers to common questions or video guides for typical processes, like adding your custom property listings to your website. However, unlike many of its competitors, Web4Realty’s library of support materials is fairly small. The company maintains a blog with helpful articles and tips for real estate marketing, but you won’t get an extensive array of webinars, e-books, and more like you would with other real estate website builders.

Web4Realty’s current real estate website solutions are comprehensive enough, covering all the essentials you need for launching your own successful realty website. The company’s coming implementation of useful tools like a dedicated CRM system and automated email marketing modules tells you that Web4Realty is headed in the right direction. Some of its competitors are already running similar tools alongside their website builders, though, so Web4Realty obviously isn’t on the bleeding edge in terms of features. Still, Web4Realty already offers you a solid product, and these coming tools can only improve it. The company might be a little behind the curve, but in the world of real estate website builders, Web4Realty remains a credible contender.

For all newly-registered and experienced realtors, do not hire Web4Realty. If you do, you might as well throw your hard-earned commission out the window.

In Aug 2017, I paid Web4Realty CAN$282 to promptly create and transfer all (if not most) of the information of my current website to theirs.
They have not done what they were hired to do. To date (Oct 2017), the website template they have put up is nothing short of ordinary. My endless requests for them to fix and update it have fallen on deaf ears. Are they a “take-the-money-and-run” business?
