With their package, you will have access to an easy-to-use editor which is accessible via tablet or desktop, so you can continue planning when you are at home or even when on the go. You will have 2 main menus- website and plan.
Under the website menu, you can find all that you need to build you digital wedding venue, from themes, to text and message content, to media uploads. Meanwhile, inside the Plan section, features are more event-centered, like guest lists, budget, checklists, and more. You can also do an email blast for sending out invitations in one go.
Beyond that, they also offer users the ability to upload videos in lieu of static photo backgrounds. If you don’t have your own videos just yet, you can also choose from a variety of stock videos that Wedding Windows offers. These add a touch of dynamism to your websites – which is definitely a plus, especially since most of their themes tend to look a lot alike.
Ease of Use
You don’t have to spend hours or days trying to figure out Wedding Window’s website editor interface. Their layout is pretty simple and straight-forward even for the less tech-savvy eyes. At the top of the editor window, you can choose the website page that you will be editing like the welcome page, the ceremony, travel information, and the likes. Planted at the left are different icons which make up the different parts of the page- theme, pages, content, and media gallery, plus the settings, tutorial, and preview buttons. The presentation of the finished look isn’t real time, though; you would have to click on the preview icon to see the final output of your creation, which can cause a bit of a delay in going back and forth between tabs instead of seeing the page as it is while editing.
Customer Support
You may find Wedding Window’s Ask a Question section to be limited and severely lacking important details. The good thing is that they are offering support via email. You can simply leave your message on their support page and they will happily give you assistance ASAP. Take note that they do not actively publish their office hours though. Wedding Window Review 2020 – Conclusion
Despite having some minor flaws, Wedding Window packs quite a punch as a wedding website builder, mainly due to their selection of themes and wide range of added services to help you plan out every step of the event. Plus, their user-friendly interface really invites anyone, regardless of their technological knowledge, to be able to craft a fully functional wedding site. A lot of the themes they offer may not be the most unique or eye catching ones out there, but Wedding Window is still worth a shot.

We’ve been using WeddingWindow for just under a year now and it’s been going very well overall. We paid $79 for the upgraded version and it unlocked more features than we could have wanted for our wedding website. Our website came out great and is very user friendly for our visitors…we absolutely love it!
The fact that we could easily add personalized slideshows for each page’s background and could choose from many pre-configured pages was fantastic for us! We didn’t know where to start but the website made it super easy to pick and choose what we wanted; if we changed our minds later, it was super easy to reconfigure.
Configuring the website can be a little frustrating for some, but it is well worth taking the time to work on it. We wanted everything uniform and the settings made a ton of sense for that – it is set up so you choose what you want and it applies it to all your pages. This is something that we found super valuable for creating a professional looking webpage in minutes.
We truly love our desktop site, our mobile site and the customer service. I highly recommend this site because it is super flexible, very well priced and very easy. We have been getting many compliments for our site and I’m sure you will too!!
This is my second daughter’s wedding where we chose weddingwindow.com for our wedding website provider after reviewing all the others. It met all of our requirements:
• No advertisements to hassle our guests
• Affordable price
• Ability to try it out for a week or so to make sure it met our needs before purchasing
• Good customer support, tutorials, etc. (they have consistently responded to me in a day on weekends and within minutes and hours on weekdays – even Thanksgiving week)
• Looks and navigates well on a computer or mobile phone or tablet (responsive design)
• Support for importing attendee list from a spreadsheet to populate your RSVP list
• Support for RSVPs for multiple events
• Able to support music playing if you desire it
• Able to point to your own domain if you already own it
And even had other niceties like the ability to add your own icon on the website tab (favicon)
We had a little trouble choosing between all the themes but the tutorials helped and having so many options was really appreciated.
