Screaming Owl Overstock and Events
Aside from the regular sale that Screaming Owl has weekly, they also have an overstock section where they post certain items which they have an excess of. This section is not always stocked as Screaming Owl only orders the number of items that their customers order in order to avoid excess and returns. In case you do happen to chance on a few items in their Overstock section, you may only find one or two at a time but luckily, they might be the items you are looking for.
There is also an events section on Screaming Owl’s website where you can check out certain events or sales that they may have. Like the overstock section, there is not always an event in place at a given time so you just have to watch out for these. These might be seasonal and happen more on certain holidays and occasions so be sure to check this out periodically if you plan to catch one.

HORRIBLE customer service. I can’t even reach them. I have spent hundreds of $ with this company. Overall, I have been happy with clothes I ordered for my 7 grandkids. What should have been a size 4T pants is obviously a size 18 mos or 2T. We are having family xmas pics made and I cannot reach this company to exchange these. I am locked out of their email. The clothing also can take 4-6? Months to get so order early, but even then what’s the point if they send you the wrong size and then won’t respond to you? Fed up!!
Hi Angela,
According to Screaming Owl, it might take them a while for them to respond during the holiday season because their “ticket volume is higher than usual.” Sending in new tickets or adding new comments on top of your original ticket can also delay their response time, so it’s best to just wait for them to get back to you. Hope you get things sorted out! 🙂
at first glance the outfit i got from seemed ok. however I screamed when I noticed a bunch of thread wadded up and hanging down past one of the seams. it looked like a spider. in examining it more closely at all of the seams, there are overruns at 3 or 4 of them where there is extra stitching 1-2 inches that hangs out past the hems. they cannot be cut them off as that would allow the stitching to unravel and the outfit will fall apart. this is unacceptable. it looks like crap. this cannot be worn as is let alone given as a gift to anyone as the product screams poor quality and shoddy workmanship. I expect better even at cheap prices. my sister ordered an outfit that was supposed to be a 0-6 month size and it is larger than the 12-18 month size that I just got. how can that be? lack of consistancy in sizing and substandard manufactoring processes. I am gonna have to disagree and say don’t do it. there are a bunch of reviews saying that they are not reliable, don’t deliver anything close to what is pictured, and their customer service stinks. both of these experiences prove to me that these are spot on and this company does not deserve anyone’s business with the bait and switch practice they have apparently built their business on.
